Knowledge Representation and Application for Coaching Generation in Multimodal Care Interactions.

Abstract

This paper describes knowledge representation and application for coaching generation in multimodal care interactions. We have developed a video coaching environment for the acquisition of multimodal care techniques. By using the framework of the video coaching environment, a structure was designed to organize the coaching knowledge of the instructors. We have categorized the coaching knowledge from the 251 coaching data into four categories":" positive knowledge, negative knowledge, debugging ability, and goals. The effectiveness has been shown by using script theory to describe the desired flow of care using positive knowledge.
